HOW PAYMENT WORKS AT RAVONIQ
Ravoniq operates on Cash on Delivery (COD). You don't pay anything when placing an order online — payment is collected in person once your pillow reaches you.
WHY WE USE COD
Handing over card details to a store you're ordering from for the first time can feel risky. COD lets you see your order arrive before any money changes hands, so there's nothing to worry about at checkout.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT AT DELIVERY
When your order arrives, our delivery carrier collects payment directly from you. Please have the exact amount ready where possible, and make sure someone's available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the package.
NO ONLINE CHARGES
We don't collect card numbers, billing information, or any online payment details at any point in the ordering process. Placing an order through ravoniq.shop never results in a charge to a card or account.
FAILED OR REFUSED COD DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt fails or payment is refused at the door, the carrier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us, depending on the situation. Repeated refusals or failed COD attempts may affect your ability to place future orders with us.
REFUNDS ON RETURNS
Since no online payment is collected, refunds on approved returns are issued through bank transfer or mobile payment rather than back to a card. Full details are available in our Return & Refund Policy.
